In addition to providing recipes and cooking instructions, the Angry Trout Cafe Notebook also tells the story of sustainability, and how it has been put into practice at our small cafe in Grand Marais, Minnesota. Using a lively, personal approach and many colorful examples of sustainability-in-action, the Angry Trout Cafe Notebook brings home the sometimes elusive subject of sustainability, and celebrates its powerful effect within a business and throughout a community.
