We make premium jams and preserves, in small batches from freshly harvested, predominately Louisiana produce, using old established recipes. We grow most fruits, but will always have to supplement them with outside purchases. Our batch produced products do not contain artificial preservatives or other additives. Our jams are prepared by evaporation of water, until gelling occurs, giving our products an intense flavor. Most competitive products use additional pectin, so less fruit
