Each week members should expect about a 1/2 bushel of produce and one package of lamb, pork or beef ranging from 1 to 3 pounds, depending on the cut. Each share will contain 3-6 different kinds of vegetables, and occasionally fruit, depending on the sea-son. In addition to the locally grown food, you’ll also receive recipe cards weekly. Meat cuts will vary each week, 6 weeks of lamb, 5 weeks of pork and 5 of beef. All meat will be frozen at time of pick-up and will be USDA processed and packaged.
