With our CSA you are reserving your pig as a whole hog option. We finish our pigs from approximately 30lbs to 220lbs. You are charged a straight price of $325. We run 2 different sets of pigs per year starting in March/April and in September. We strive for 6 months to achieve our desired weight. At the end of our term we will deliver your pig to the butcher of your choice where you handle all details from there. Half Hog options are available but must be split with another interested individual and must be delivered to the same butcher. The Price for a half hog is a straight $163.
