Orchard Farm Organics CSA. Individual and Family Memberships. Pick up Tuesdays, 12-7 pm, for 5 months, June through October. Our crops are certified organic. We use biodynamic methods, on farm composting, raised beds and no-till practices, companion planting. We are dedicated to offering nutrient dense food. We sell sauces, soups and pestos from our certified kitchen. On 61 acres of farmland, with pastures and woodlands next to the Waldorf School of Princeton, we are 4 miles from the center of Princeton, 2 miles from Rocky Hill and 5 miles from Hopewell. We have a small herd of Jersey cows, goats and two flocks of chickens that move over the fields in mobile houses. Our egg co-op is separate from the CSA. We offer education in sustainability, volunteer programs, internships, and farm tours.
