Oregon Trail Garlic

We manage our farm in the "Old World Way" to produce Old World Garlic. Other than using tractors for heavy tillage, we grow garlic the way all produce was farmed before modern fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides. We use crop rotation, green manuring, and livestock parking to produce high quality, all natural Hardneck Garlic. Varieties currently available are Chesnok Red, Persian Star, Siberian, Korean, Music, Premium Northern White, Bavarian Purple, Slovenian, Russian Red, German Red, Shantang Purple, Thai Purple, Turkish Giant, Keeper, Purple Glazer, and our one softneck variety is Early Italian Purple. We developing and testing many kinds of Purple Stripe Garlic, Rocambole Garlic, Turban Garlic, Marbled Purple Stripe Garlic, Porcelain Garlic and Creole Garlic that will thrive best at our altitude, cold winters, and warm dry summers. We grow all naturally and sustainable. We are in the process of obtaining organic certification, but are not at this time and pass those savings on to you.
