Our animals are grass fed without being stuffed full of hormones and antibiotics like feed lots. The animals are raised in a natural environment for their upbringing.

Since this is your meat when buying a whole or half, you get to decide how thick you want your steaks and roasts! Do you want the more specialty cuts like the shank or more burger? You are the boss and you can tell the butcher your needs.

We acquire our cattle at the age of 5 to 6 months old weighing approximately 400 lbs. Upon release into our paddocks they are invited to fresh green grass. They will stay on the farm for approximately a year in our clean and fresh environment. Their expected weight before departure is 1,100 lbs to 1,300 lbs. Our pastures are seeded in grasses and clover. We do not spray the pastures with chemicals or herbicide. With limited supply, sign up on our web site for future availability.
