CSA: Otter Hook Farms Meat CSA

A Large Share includes: 2 whole frozen chickens (around 8 lbs.) 4 lbs. of ground beef (1 lb. packages) 8 lbs. of a variety of meats (beef & pork) This varies each month between roasts, steaks, stew cuts, ribs, hamsteak, etc.

A Small Share is approximately 10 lbs. of meat (half of the items listed for the large share)

Shares are picked up once monthly for six months.
