Our Daily Moringa

Our Daily Moringa is a new effort providing fresh, locally grown Moringa leaves to a market that otherwise has very limited access to this "most nutrient dense food on the planet." Moringa is a tropical tree providing more than 92 nutrients, 46 antioxidants, 36 anti-inflammatories, and also is one of the few plant sources providing a complete protein, including all the essential amino acids. It has been said that Moringa can prevent and cure as many as 300 diseases. Its' nutritional profile truly does place it at the very top of the superfoods. Since Moringa is a tropical tree, it is not compatible with a North American climate. Therefore, my concept is growing indoors under grow lights in controlled conditions as regards temperature and humidity. I will offer fresh picked Moringa leaves year-round and delivered in vacuum-sealed bags along with an oxygen absorber to guarantee freshness. I am currently pursuing my Organic Certification. I will perform my first "gentle" harvest the first week or two of June. I should have a more complete harvest the beginning of July. I am currently growing what I call Phase 1 which is sufficient to provide around 250 customers with one pound of Fresh leaf Moringa monthly. As my business name implies, I recommend consumption of Moringa on a daily basis. I recommend combining both Fresh Moringa leaf along with Moringa Leaf Powder. These can me included in smoothies, or, in any other cooked food like stir fries, soups, etc. However, just like any other fresh green leafy vegetable, only add near the very end of cooking to maintain as much nutritional integrity as possible. Of course, you can also add Moringa leaf as a salad ingredient as well. By the way, you should never have to buy another vitamin/mineral supplement or, for that matter, you should not have to continue to fill your medicine cabinet with supplements and medicines, either.
