Outdoor Edibles are edible plants that can be harvested from Mother Nature and consumed for pleasure or sustenance. More and more people are realizing the negative effects of highly processed foods and becoming aware of the benefits of eating natural and organic foodstuffs. A back yard garden is a good start, but at Outdoor Edibles, we take it one step further. We get out into nature and harvest the bounty it provides. Man has been foraging for food since before walking upright. It is a natural behavior for any creature. We�re just keeping the tradition alive and sharing it with others! Outdoor Edibles LLC was formed by a close group of friends for the purpose of bringing Nature�s bounty out of the woods and putting it onto the table. Spurred by our love of nature and good food, the group�s main focus is hunting and gathering morel and chanterelle mushrooms for sale to local consumers and restaurants. Our group is an outdoorsy one, and anytime we can find an excuse to get out into nature to root around for edibles, we jump on the opportunity. Several us are Certified Mushroom Identifiers, certified in various states to inspect and sell mushrooms. Supported our team of pickers across the lands and our group of partners back at home base, we collect & scour the countryside for Mother Nature's Bounty. Afterwards, we inspect each and every mushroom by hand before we send them out the door. Our hard work and determination is tasted in each and every delicious bite of our wonderful produce.
