Peaceable kingdom bison ranch is a small but all natural bison meat operation. We feed our bison only the best hay and pasture, and NO antibiotics, no hormones, we use a little distillers grain to top off our meat animals, just to add a little marbling to the meat for easier cooking.
Bison meat is naturally low in fat, has a lot of flavor, and cooks very fast.
We are also offering bison cows, exposed bull, more than likely bred, 10 cows minimum. Serious inquiries only, please.
