Happy Belly CSA (formerly known as Fresh & Wyld CSA) is a CSA program that offers a Summer produce share. We are proud to offer fresh locally grown veggies, greens, herbs, and fruit, as well as locally raised eggs, meats, cheeses, hand-crafted herbal products, and probiotics! All of our products come from Paonia, Colorado, a small agricultural community in the heart of Delta County, as well as from our neighbors in the North Fork Valley. Delta County boasts more organic farms and ranches than any other area in Colorado. Its climate and terroir are perfect for growing Riesling, Gewurztraminer, and Pinot Noir grapes, making the North Fork Valley's vineyards the highest-elevation vineyards in the nation. Happy Belly CSA is run by renowned Aspen chef and restaurateur Dava Parr. Chef Parr is recognized as a pioneer in Colorado's farm to table movement. Chloe Marcellus, Dava's partner in crime, is the garden manager. Chloe is a Certified Clinical Herbalist and an edible and medicinal gardener by trade. Their commitment to fresh, local, and high quality ingredients has lead them both to a passion for gardening, health, and nutrition. Happy Belly CSA is proud to offer natural, high quality produce to the North Fork and Roaring Fork Valleys of Colorado. Along with your CSA box, each week we will include recipes written or recommended by Chef Dava Parr herself. We also offer a weekly flower share.
