Park Duvalle Farmers Market & Wellness Center

The Park DuValle Farmers Market & Wellness Center is a year-round community hub located in West Louisville and operated by Park DuValle Community Health Centers as part of its Food Is Medicine Initiative. Our mission is to increase access to fresh, healthy foods while improving health outcomes through nutrition, education, and community partnerships.

The market features local farmers, food producers, and small businesses offering fresh produce, value-added products, and healthy food options. In addition to supporting local agriculture and entrepreneurship, the center houses a client-choice food pantry, Food Prescription (Rx) Pantry program, nutrition education opportunities, and other initiatives designed to address food insecurity and chronic disease.

Visitors can shop local, connect with community resources, and participate in programs that promote healthier lifestyles for individuals and families.
