Park View Farm

Park View Farm is a small family farm located in Leicester NY near beautiful Letchworth State Park.

We produce pasture raised chicken, pork, and lamb/mutton.

Our chickens spend most of their lives outside where they enjoy fresh air and sunshine while foraging on green pasture. Our healthy birds require no antibiotics or growth hormones. We offer whole birds and select cuts.

We raise Idaho Pasture Pigs, a grazing breed. They are fed organic, non-GMO feed and supplement with a fresh salad bar. We offer whole and half hogs custom butchered to order.

Our sheep are Katahdin/White Dorper, a hair sheep breed which produces no wool. They are rotated on fresh pasture and are offered free choice minerals as a nutritional supplement. In the winter they are fed hay. We are currently working on building up our flock but will be offering retail cuts in the near future.

We believe in using sustainable, diversified farming practices. Working with nature to regenerate land by building soil and promoting diverse ecosystems. Healthy soil leads to healthy plants leading to healthy animals leading to healthy people.
