The Beef is Dry Aged for 21 days to enhance Flavor and Tenderness. We can sell sides or individual Packages of Beef including Hamburger, Steaks and Roasts.

Our Beef is USDA inspected and Processed.
You will find us at various Farmers Markets during the season including Pasco, Richland, Pendleton and Hermiston. In the offseason, people can contact us for delivery schedule. We have a number of outlets in the Portland Oregon Area as well. We deliver to Portland almost weekly.
