OUR MISSION: To spread the word that pastured meats taste BETTER than conventionally grown meats. Most people are learning the benefits of the superior fat and nutrition in the meat you get from a pastured, naturally-raised animal. However, so many have a bad experience with a gristly, gamey steak or tough chicken/pork chops that left them believing that is just how it has to be. We became "Pasture Adickes" (pronounced "addicts") after seeing the health benefits--AND TASTE BENEFITS:)-- of these meats and set forth to raise the most exceptional grassfed, pastured meats on the market. Over the last 7 years, we've developed our own formula to raise superior beef, pork, chicken and turkey. How do we do it? --By taking many years to be sure our meat was exceptional before beginning to sell it to you. --By creating healthy pastures through rotational grazing . Not all pastures produce healthy animals. --By selecting breeds (our own heritage crosses) that can obtain optimal marbling and flavor in a fresh-air environment, where they are free to express their God-given instincts. --By developing our own feed formula for our non-ruminant animals that is grown and mixed on the farm. Free from pesticides, hormones, antibiotics and GMO's. Most of our products are also SOY-FREE! --By providing these animals with feed, water and TLC each day so they can live their best, happiest life and, in turn, give you the best meat.
