It all began in the late 1800s when the Pearce family started raising beef to feed the miners in Central City, Colorado. The family raised the cattle west of Golden and would take the beef over the mountain to feed the hungry miners. The tradition of raising local, home grown beef continues today. The ranch is still owned and operated by the Pearce family who prides itself in providing safe, high quality beef for our family and yours.
