Piedmont Bison Ranch

Piedmont Bison Ranch sales all cuts of this deliciously healthy meat. Bison or "buffalo" as some call them is low in fat, calories and cholesterol while being high in iron and vitamin B-12. Bison taste a little sweeter than beef and has no gamey taste. We offer sales at our Madison N.C. farm store by appointment only and sale on Saturdays at the Piedmont Farmers Market in Greensboro N.C. Anything you cook with beef can be cooked with bison for a much more healthy dinner for your family. Picnic area with table, swing and grill are at our public viewing area for all ages to see the American Bison.
