Pembroke Gardens is now Pembroke Bakery & Cafe, and we operate stands at the Fort Wayne South Side Farmers Market, 3300 Warsaw Street, West Main Street Farmers Market, Barr Street Market, and the East State Village Farmers Market. We offer fresh baked goods made with locally grown and organic ingredients. All baked goods are vegan, and some are gluten-free as well. We grow most of our own herbs, and lots of summer fruits for our baked products, including raspberries, rhubarb, crabapples, apples, peaches, sweet cherries, and pie cherries.
We are a Seed Savers Exchange retailer at the bakery location.
