Mark Bridge is Escoffier trained, a state registered Cottage Baker as well as a certified food manager and has extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Baking has been a lifelong passion (especially the consuming part). Mark has acted as baker for the National Park Service, Grant - Kohrs Ranch National Historical Site to contemporize the handwritten recipes of Augusta Kohrs. He enjoys baking competitions and his pies, and other treats are regular award winners.
