A unique and interesting take on european cuisine. We base the dishes in italian, french and spanish regions. We use many local small farmers that don't sell to wholesalers and make everything down to the mayonnaise in house. We spend a lot of time sourcing great ingredients from people that care as much about food as we do. Farm to fork is not a fa; it is a way of life!
