A Philadelphia CowShare is a way for you to buy high quality, local, grass-fed beef by splitting the purchase of a cow with other people. You buy a "share" of meat that is right for you and your family. We find the cow. We find the friends for sharing. We butcher the meat. We deliver it to you. It's that simple. You can buy an eighth share (40 to 50 lbs) up to a whole cow (roughly 320 lbs).
We select cattle that roam the pasture, eat their natural diet and don't do drugs. Our farmers raise their cattle on pastures near Philadelphia Metro area. Your share of the meat will include individually packaged cuts that are USDA inspected, vacuum sealed and deeply frozen. Each share includes a selection of cuts from the front and hind sections as well as ground beef. We share the cuts evenly across all shares.

Eighth CowShare includes 40 - 50 lbs of beef including favorite cuts like delmonico steak, ny strip steak, filet mignon, london broil, flat iron steak, chuck roast, brisket and ground beef and patties. An eighth cow will feed a family of 2 adults for a year eating beef once per week.
