The event starts with a costume parade for children, parents/adults and pets. The children are then invited to go trick-or-treating on Main Street’s business district. About noonish we start activities for children in the park until the end of the farmers market at 2:00pm. We do ask people to bring non-perishable donations to the park for North Light Community Center.
