Spongetta's Garden

We are a portable farm that grows cut flowers and herbs in seven gardens in three counties in upstate New York. Our field grown old-fashioned garden flowers are available in mixed bouquets weekly and by the bucket for special events. We offer a bouquet CSA throughout the summer with pick up at Oneida County Public Market, Kid's Market and at our studio in West Winfield, NY. We grow or forage everything we sell.

Our model relies on the kindness and generosity of our family and friends. We live on a very small village lot that also has an amazing outbuilding for our studio. Friends, neighbors and family have allowed us to till up their dormant gardens to grow what adds up to almost an acre of fresh flowers. Our season runs from mid-June until the frost in October.
