Fresh Thymes Cafe

Fresh Thymes Cafe opened January 15, 2009 near the quaint neighborhood of Trolley Square in Wilmington, DE. The cafe is operated by a mother-daughter team with a passion for providing quality nutritious food made with lots of love to the community. Fresh Thymes works with Lancaster Farm Fresh Cooperative, Powers Farm, Townsend, DE, Bayberry Farms, Middletown, DE and travels around to some local farms such as Sunview Pastures Farm in Christiana, PA and various other small mennonite and Amish farms. We are also pleased to provide a pick-up location for the Bayberry Farms CSA program. Pick-up is Thursdays from 9:30-3:00 P.M. They know and understand the importance of supporting the local farms. Their mission is to educate and provide quality local and organic food for the community.
