Pine Island Farm

Our main focus on this farm is raising animals with minimal inputs (sustainability-minded). My aim is to raise miniature cross sheep for meat and fiber, as well as alpacas. Currently we have goats and pigs for meat as well. My new passion is Permaculture (permanent agriculture systems) and I am striving to build a very bio-diverse garden with many perennial and 'exotic' temperate crops. In the future I intend to sell useful food plants and coppice trees such as basket willows. We also keep bees.
