We are primarily a fresh market producer of certified organic ginger root and Turmeric. We have both Yellow(JAPAN variety) and White(CHINESE Variety) Ginger . We also have 2 varieties of Turmeric(Olena). Red Turmeric which is high in Curcumin and infinitely more palatable,and Yellow turmeric which is valued for it's medicinal qualities. Ginger is harvested September thru May.Turmeric Dec. thru May. We can Fedex 30 lb. boxes nationwide.
