Star Ranch is a mother - daughter team raising Braunvieh cattle and premium beef west of Forth Worth. We are dedicated to producing a healthy product with superior taste and tenderness from start to finish. Beef is available in bulk or small orders

Braunvieh cattle are a very old small breed (dating to the bronze age); overlooked in the industry for their different color, these cattle are known for being great mothers & efficient producers of quality beef. Excellence is our standard; we enjoy meeting new people, and helping bridge the gap between consumer and their food.

Grass fed & grain finished, using low stress handling, no added hormones, and the best genetics we can find. Antibiotics are only judiciously used to treat the occasional sick animal for their wellbeing. In which case strict with-drawl periods are always followed to ensure no residue.
