All our meat is inspected at a USDA-certified butchering facility.
Interested customers can arrange purchase of our beef year round by the half (custom cut), package, or individual cut. We offer a wide variety of steaks and roasts, as well as ground beef and hamburger patties. We also have specialty items such as soup bones, tail, tongue, cheeks, heart, and liver available to purchase. We accept cash, credit/debit card, and SNAP EBT for purchases.
We proudly serve Butler County, Beaver County, and Lawrence County through seasonal participation in the Butler City, Cranberry Township, and Ellwood City Farmers Markets. Our beef is also available for purchase through our community pick-up program during the winter months. We also accept appointments for beef pick-up at our farm in Center Township, Butler County.
We are proud members of the Butler County Farm Bureau and the Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture (PASA).
