A share is equivalent to a half of pig, which is approximately 70 lbs of naturally raised pork per year. This allows the customer to enjoy premium pork throughout the year without having extra freezer space. Customers can receive their pork cuts in minimum increments of 15-20 pounds, which is equivalent to a maximum of 4 baskets (pickups or deliveries).
