Polecat Pines Mushroom Farm, LLC is a small family run farm, located in rural Portage County. Our mission is to support and promote the Local Food movement by growing and selling the highest quality, freshest, naturally grown Oyster and Shiitake Mushrooms in Northeast Ohio, and to deliver our mushrooms year-round to restaurateurs, chefs and customers at farmers markets who value the benefits of Local Food. We also sell local Wildflower Honey during the summer months. We are currently selling our Oyster Mushrooms and Wildflower Honey at the Geauga Fresh Farmers' Market every Saturday morning from 9:00AM to noon. The market is located at the intersection of SR. 306 and Bell Street in South Russel, Ohio. We are currently supplying two local restaurants, and are accepting special orders from anyone, including the general public. Please contact us by phone to place an order.
