Pachamama Coffee Cooperative was established in 2006 in Davis, Ca. We are 100% owned by coffee farmers in Guatemala, Peru, Ethiopia, Mexico, and Nicaragua. Our vertically integrated business structure allows them control over the equity and governance of our company through a farmer-elected Board of Directors. We seek to bridge the gap between coffee producers and coffee consumers both economically and socially. We accomplish this goal by allowing farmers to control the destiny of their coffee from seed-to-cup, and by deliberately sharing their stories with our cafe and C.S.A customers. We currently operate our of Sacramento, CA, where we roast all of our certified organic coffee. We connect coffee drinkers all across the U.S. with our coffee farmers through our C.S.A. service. Customers can purchase their share, and are provided with a diverse and fresh crop every month.
