CSA: Ponderosa Plantation

We raise piglets, for a nominal fee, for butchering for our friends and family who do not have the land/zoning to do so. $500 for a whole hog, $300 for a half-hog (prices include: piglet, all feed & butchering costs). We use a USDA/GA Dept. of Agriculture inspected facility - Happy Valley Processing in Dearing, Georgia.
