Poor Richard's Farm was started by the Scully family in 2015. We are a 36 acre farm in rural Wisconsin. We believe in sustainable agricultural and practice intensive rotational grazing with our herd of Dexter cattle. In addition to our Beef Sticks we sell individual cuts of frozen beef from our farm and at local farmers markets. We also sell beef in bulk, and are able to accept orders on custom processed whole, half or quarter steers.

Taking deposits on bulk beef, whole, half or quarter steers processed and packaged. Price is based on hanging weight, $4 per lb. quarter, $3.75 per lb half & $3.50 per lb whole, processing fee's not included. Deposits accepted anytime please send $100 per quarter reserved.
