Our beekeeping journey began in 2009 with a conversation in our vegetable garden about us not seeing the number of honeybees we had in years past. We decided to purchase 2 hives which has now grown to an average of 25.
We run our farm and apiary chemical and pesticide free but are not certified as organic. Honeybees are very important to us, but we plant for all pollinators and visitors are able to visit us during our Summer Garden Walk and Fall Honey Extraction open houses. During these events, the gardens are open for viewing and during the honey extraction open house we demonstrate the honey extraction process.
Our honey is sold from our home, a self-serve honor system on our front porch accepting cash PayPal and Venmo, and local farmer's markets/events. Please call for hours.

The shop features a wide selection of garden junque, re-purposed and vintage items, primitives, holiday decor, one-of-a-kind gifts and local chemical-free honey, lip balms and lotion bars.
