We are a partnership of the owners of the cows, Todd and Brenda Aves and their veterinarian, Dr. Brian Gerloff and his wife Carole. The Aves farm is a 100 year old Humane Certified Dairy. The cows are not given any growth hormones and are fed a balanced diet of grains as well as pasture. A third partner is Hildebrandt Dairy in Hustisford, WI. They are also a Humane Certified Dairy. Both farms, where the milk is sourced, are small family farms milking approximately 100 cows each.
