Special priority is given to the health of our soil and produce. We use cover crops with conventional tillage. Also the use of Integrated Pest Management (IPM). IPM is an effective and environmentally sensitive approach to pest management that relies on a combination of common-sense practices. Most plants are in plastic culture to control weeds, warm the ground, and preserve moisture. Rye and clover are used for mulch and filter strips, and also add nutriton to the soil.
