Lynch Farms

We are a small family farm located in the rolling hills of SE Minnesota. The farm was homesteaded in 1854 and has been in the same family since then. Our animals are raised humanely and allowed 100% access to outdoor pastures. Heritage breed Pigs can be pigs- rooting and digging, eating grass, berries, nuts, apples and garden produce. Angus cattle graze pastures. Chickens are outside in the grass eating bugs. No growth hormones or antibiotics. We searched high and low to find the highest quality processors to bring our customers the most wholesome product possible. Our bacon and hams are smoked and processed without using nitrates, MSG or any other artificial preservatives. Go ahead, give us a try. We know you will taste the difference!
