Prigel Family Creamery will process milk from Bellevale Farm into fresh, nutrient dense dairy foods from our cows that graze on grass grown from organically balanced soils. We are committed to our community, to integrity in our stewardship of the land, and to humane treatment of our animals. We acknowledge our dependence on God to provide and sustain our farm to make it economically viable for future generations.

Prigel Family Creamery has amazing ice cream. I am a chocolate lover, so my favorite is Bobby's Black Mud(chocolate, a hint of coffee, and chips). We enjoy watching them make the ice cream, reading fun facts, and at 3pm watching the cows cross the road.... [more]
Currently Prigel Family Creamery processes our organic milk into ice cream. Come visit our retail store at the farm and enjoy a scoop of ice cream, a delicious milkshake, or take a container home! In the near future we will carry our organic milk, yogurt,butter and cheese.
