Primal Care Skin Balm is a unique skin care product incorporating only the purest most natural ingredients. Tallow rendered from grass-fed, free range buffalo is the main ingredient. We use the tallow from bison for several reasons, these animals has never been given hormones, antibiotics or any man-made products.
