Princess Seafood is one commercial fishing vessel named Princess and the three young women who run it. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality, sashimi grade salmon, albacore and sablefish all caught in the healthiest fisheries with low impact gear. We meticulously care for each fish one at a time, cleaning and freezing each one down to -30 degrees right after it is caught. Our seafood is available at select grocers, the Original Santa Rosa farmers market, our online store fvprincess.com and right off the boat. We want to be your fishermen! You can purchase our wild, hook and line caught Alaska King and Coho salmon whole or in vacuum packed steaks right online at our store. We also have delicious and nutritious, low Mercury canned albacore tuna in smoked and sea salt flavors. If you live in Northern California we would love to see you at the boat, every year when we wrap up our fishing season we sell a load of sashimi grade albacore tuna right off the boat. We can even cut them up for you!
