Promised Land & Livestock Co. is a family operated farm in east central Ohio. As a retired county extension agent, Don Brown brings a lifetime of agricultural education and experience to use, utilising sustainable ag. practises such as rotational grazing, grass-fed lamb, and pasture managed fiber production. His wife, Anne Brown, has been a spinner and self-employed leather artist for over 20 years. The combination of talents has culminated in Trinity Leather & Natural Fibers. In combination, Trinity & Promised Land offer a Fiber Processing Mill, as well as Natural Colored Longwool Sheep and wool, breeding stock, raw or processed fleece in roving or batts. Trinity Leather offers custom Chaps, Chinks and Moccasins in exquisitely supply bison, elk and beaver hides. We also create fulled "Anne Bags" in a rainbow of colors, featuring Bison leather handles on Handsun Yarns, and brass, silver or beaded trim.
The Mill and Studio are located in a large log home, on top of a hill, surveying a panoramic view of Amish country. Truly the Promised Land!
