Queso Cabeza Farm

Raising lovely Icelandic lambs since 2005, and pastured pork since 2014. We also have assorted chickens, American Buff geese, and a couple of beloved llamas. Our gourmet Icelandic Lamb is available by the half or whole in the fall of each year, and custom processed to your specifications. It is recommended that you reserve your freezer lamb in the spring, to ensure availability. Cuts of our lamb are offered at Green Gardens Community Farm in rural Battle Creek, Michigan. We offer registered polled (hornless) Icelandic sheep for breeding stock and fiber pets throughout the year, in addition to gorgeous raw fleeces, rovings, and lopi-style yarns. Pork is available by the half or whole by advance reservation only. It takes 6-12 months to get on the schedule, but it's so worth it for delectable, satisfying pork. Pork: the other RED meat! Cuts are available at Green Gardens Community Farms in rural Battle Creek, Michigan. Our animals are raised with their health and happiness in mind! Farm visitors welcome by appointment.
