R & B Farm

At R & B Farm we are all about producing natural, top-quality beef; cut the way you want it and vacuum packaged and quick frozen. We do not use feed grains, chemical fertilizers, pesticides, growth hormones, or genetically modified plants. We use the following management practices: 1. Rotational Grazing: Mimics natural herd migration movement to reduce pest and parasite problems and to prevent overgrazing. 2. Tailored blends of pasture plants including grasses, legumes, and naturally occurring wild plants provide good nutrition for our cattle and eliminate the need for commercial fertilizers. 3. Humane Animal Handling: Less stress means healthier cattle and better growth rates. We use techniques and systems developed and tested by international expert Dr. Temple Grandin. 4. Our cattle are never confined unless they are ill or injured and then no longer than necessary for their health and the health of the whole herd.
