We are a small, family owned (veteran and woman operated) first generation farm located in Sterling CT on 84 acres and in Canterbury CT on 5 acres. We raise all heritage breed animals for the highest quality 100% grass fed beef, lamb, goat, rabbit, forest raised pork, chicken, turkey, and duck. We raise mostly endangered heritage breeds, so we minimize our "waste" by utilizing the entire animal after they live a wonderful life here at our farm. This means we have more than just the average cuts of meat - we have the less-requested items such as organ meats, leaf lard for baking and soap, and a full array of value added products.
We do monthly meat shares (boxes of a variety of cuts on a subscription basis) and heirloom fruits/nuts/vegetables.
We also host on farm dinners and different classes/home school groups throughout the year. We are open to a bunch of ideas and are always wanting to try something new!
