At Rainbow Ridge Farms, we are committed to promoting small farms and learning. Our Bed and Breakfast has been in operation since 1996 and we welcome our guests to join us in the barn milking goats, feeding the chickens, collecting eggs, and hiking up to the Monkey Tree with the herd.
We welcome school groups for age-based farm tour's. Please see our website to arrange your classes visit.
We are not a commercial dairy, so we need to find uses for our goat milk. I love making soap using a variety of essential oils and fragrance oils. Our goat milk is also used to feed our baby goats, pigs, and calves.
We raise a limited number of pasture raised heritage breed pigs and we are currently taking orders for our 2017 pigs. Please contact us to reserve 1/2 or a whole hog.
We have several hives of honey bees and raw honey is sometimes available.
Eggs are available at $3.00 per dozen. Our eggs come from our happy, free-roaming, pastured chickens.
Olde English Babydoll Sheep fleeces will be available in May. Black and White!
Rainbow Ridge Farms Bed and Breakfast is your country farmhouse getaway just a stone's throw from LaCrosse. Guests may assist with farm chores like milking the goats, bottle feeding the "kids", collecting eggs, and feeding the sheep. Enjoy honey made by our busy bees, handmade goatmilk soap, and our specially blended coffee. We are Green Certified by Travel Green Wisconsin.
Our animals include all breeds of dairy goats, fainting goats, colored angora goats, heritage chickens, Olde English Babydoll Southdown sheep, and boer goats.
