Ramblin' Rodarosa was born years ago, and this was our dream - to care for the land, restore it to its native state, and to improve the habitat for many species of Texas wildlife.

Rodney and I have loved this little piece of Heaven in Coleman County. We wanted to integrate livestock as part of our long-term management toolbox, and after years of conservation work to include brush management, cover crops, native grass plantings, and livestock water development, we started our cow/calf herd to provide wholesome and healthy food to our community. Our cow/calf herd is small to ensure that our resources are sustainable and can support the herd without supplemental hay and feed.

We are taking orders delivery of beef for May and June 2021! Call and reserve your grassfed beef.
Know your food. Trust that it is safe, and free from steroids, hormones and antibiotics - our beef herd is wholesome and locally-sourced. The herd has been raised on native pastures the whole year. Call and reserve yours today. You can arrange for butchering or I can transport to a nearby USDA-certified facility for butchering. Payment for butchering will be paid directly to the processor at pick-up.
