Rambling River Pastured

Rambling River Pastured is a small family farm founded in 2011. We raise happy hogs, chickens, ducks, turkeys, goats, sheep, and geese on our thirty acres of rolling pasture land just outside of beautiful Gettysburg, PA. All of our animals eat a wholesome diet of GMO-free supplemental feed, along with the nutritious green grasses, nuts, and berries of the land. The resulting meat that you put on your table is delicious beyond description. One try and you won't go back to conventionally produced meat. Being raised on spray-free pasture, with a no-chemical, no-antibiotic, no-GMO diet, has another benefit as well. Your health. You don't get chemicals and other contaminants present in much conventionally raised meat. You do get all the vitamins and minerals intended by nature and not always present in animals raised in modern facilities. Lastly, we strive to treat the earth right. The animals fertilize the earth naturally, control the insects naturally, and handle most weed control for us. Other than the one new, highly efficient compact tractor that helps us with the heavy lifting, we are free of big gas guzzlers and polluting equipment. That makes for an earth-friendly farm!
