Stage Left is an independently owned restaurant in downtown New Brunswick that has been open since 1992. We are ranked among the top fine-dining restaurants in the state and have always focused on regional ingredients, and small producers who utilize sustainable agricultural practices. Our wine list is nationally recognized and is likewise focused on smaller producers who practice sustainable agriculture.
