Try our delicious grass-fed beef! Rancho Ojo de Agua has been in the same family for six generations, and we have raised quality beef cattle for over 40 years. Call or email us to order beef. Receive updates through our email list and check our website calendar for upcoming Del Rio delivery dates. Our cattle are a Hereford-Charolais-Angus cross. They are born in large pastures at Rancho Ojo de Agua where they graze on native forage that is never fertilized or exposed to chemicals or pesticides. Our grass-fed cattle are never confined to a feedlot, have not been implanted with growth hormones or been fed or corn or subtherapeutic antibiotics. Our beef is processed at Uvalde Meat Market and Processing, a TDA-inspected facility, where it is dry-aged for maximum flavor and tenderness.
